That might be a question of which dealership you take it to. Some places will be a bit more astringent than others. I just had the left cat replaced under the extended emissions warranty and Ford said nothing about my tune which was not done by them.

I got both ends of the rubber boots off fairly easily. It seems the end that goes to the roof extends the rubber well inside the hole with tape around the wires leading up and over it it. Did you run into the same problem and have to cut the tape back to expose the end of the rubber extension?

Nice write-up PlatinumST! I've already run everything with the exception of getting the rear cam wire from the rear roof to the hatch. It's a good help to see the rubber conduit assembly and how it detaches. If I have too much trouble with it, I'll simply drill my own holes and and make rubber...

I might have reconsidered if I had known it was a Mishimoto copy. Only problem is it ships from China and I was on a timeframe. Was taking advantage of having the bumper off to shave installation costs. I know, V3non3non got an incredible deal!

Thought about that myself if there were any more issues but they've installed it. They ascertained that it was a drop-in after they removed a few more parts. They hadn't removed the crash bar or headlights until I sent them the tutorial.
