    Thanks for the reply. Very hard to figure out what is going on with so many variables. Suggest finding a road that it made the noise on near a dealership or a shop you trust and then ask them to take a ride with you on that same road.

    Give a little bit more info. How many miles do you have on the ST? What year is the ST? Has it always done this? Could it be tire hum? Go back to the muffler shop and have the guy ride with you again now that the noise is back.

    Looking forward to an update to this including some pics of the install. I too would like to go this route. There has to be a way to connect this thing to ST so that it automatically opens the exhaust when you put it in Sports mode or you are above a certain RPM. This is the way my Audi RS5...

    The price on these have gone up to $250 from $165 on Ford's website. My first 3 times trying to order this were canceled without notice. Trying again using points.
