I think emissions is the main reason, but Ford also may see locking the PCM have other good effects too (for them at least). They could possibly corner the aftermarket modification corner if no one can crack it and ease of warranty investigations (probably a far reach though).

They should come automatically when you enter the car into your FordPass account. I know a lot of people have had problems though, and they had to call the FordPass costumer service.

You don’t need a tune for the intake, if that’s the turn off for you.

Hopefully you can get those problems sorted out, should be an easy fix. Easy to get a roof wrapped for under a grand, Fords painted option is pretty expensive. Congrats and welcome to the forum!

It doesn’t matter how modern these engines are, always let the vehicle warm up for a couple seconds. Now, you don’t need to let it sit for a 5-10 minutes, but allowing a the oil get to all the parts instead of immediate metal on metal under load is a must.

Powder coating is really the best option.

Well the biggest hurdle is some people want the amber as DRL, not just the white LED off.

Funny I love the LED bar and think it’s a key part of the cosmetics of the vehicle. Just different tastes I guess. Maybe if the amber strip was longer, I’d like it.

It shouldn’t be tied to the panoramic roof. My late build 2022 has global windows. I think it can be programmed in Forscan, it’s an option at least.

I’d recommend staying away from the coilovers. Only potential upgrade is the PIU stuff. If you want lowering springs, now would be the time to do it.
