i think the TRD sounds better. someone mentioned drone a couple of posts after yours. the TRD has no drone what so ever. even towing with a 75-80% load behind it, it just growls. it doesnt have that ear numbing hum known as drone.

in his OEM picture it shows a Y pipe feeding the first muffler, our ST has two inputs into the first muffler.

i meant comparing the ranger in any model to the ST explorer. the explorer sold better than the ranger, but the ST is a small chunk of those sales. Ranger has a long history of aftermarket support and sales. the explorer, not so much
