all you have to do is remove the assembly, then take the motor part out. plug the motor back in and ziptie it somewhere behind the bumper. that way the ECU can still control it, but it dont do anything.

aluminum. but steel will work fine too. you must be using the wrong adapter in the rivet gun. i am using a junk home depot rivet gun.

That is because the rear sits a tad higher stock than the front. so when everything is installed it levels the front and rear. that is why it is no big deal with the lights

nothing i can notice. looks great to me. the vehicle is level so it doesnt change the angle of headlights.

yes i can take a picture later. but what you are describing is different from what we were getting. we are getting a solid loss of power, almost like it is in a limp mode of sorts.

did you try leaving the battery unhooked overnight? i am trying that now
