Hey Cross, what's the update on your buy back?

Technically Ford can claim any performance mods will void your warranty, but under the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act they have to prove it. A tune will probably give you the most noticeable difference.

I don't blame you buddy and thanks for your service. Have you tried to contact Ford directly for a possible buy back?

Maybe ask them to give you a free extended warranty. Tell them you lost faith in the vehicle and have young kids that you drive around.

Ford has been doing this for years, not really much you can do.

They really hide that notice up there didn't they? lol

I've never experienced any power loss after taking my foot off the gas and step on the accelerator again to the point where it feels like stalling. That's really scary. I wonder if you can reach out to Ford and have a regional manager look at it or take it to another dealer.
