in the gen 5 Explorers they did a minor refresh at the 2 year mark. Just a couple little body tweeks. I wouldn't expect a major body change for a couple years

Love the auto-hold annoyed by the constant sync gremlins. Glad they will be switching to android in the future vehicles HATE the transmission. Had a Limited and now the ST and have never had a trans that shifted so horrible. Was better with the tune on the ST but still worse then any other...

I installed the s-type several months ago and love it. First vehicle with exhaust for me. Only issue I had was I had to go back and drop the mufflers and cut off the bolts sticking down through the floor pan because they kept rattling against the mufflers.

Did my sync update on Tuesday. Went smooth. Took about 25 minutes. Maps hasn't updated which sucks because I am doing a long road trip next week.

I have the Borla S-type/ No drone to speak of. Only complaint is I get very random backfire type pops when downshifting after the system is warmed up.
