Yay another off road variant for a platform that is clearly not made for it. These 6gen platforms are street or very light trail, the architecture of the platform just isn’t right for off roading.

As long as it is out of an ST or Platinum or King Ranch everything should work up fine.

The brakes even in the older cars aren’t anything different then any other Explorer to me as far as feel alone. The throttle feel has nothing to do with anything because it is not directly connected to anything, the throttle is just a sensor with some spring providing the only pushback.

Most PIUs have the 3.3L engine. Those are what they’re recalling. Not out twin-turbo 3.0L Ecoboosts.

Power stop brakes are just for either for looks or maybe slightly less brake dust. No performance improvement.

First off do not ever go cheap on brakes. Recipe for disasters. I don’t know what you’re referring to factory big brakes. Are you referring to the larger Street Pack brakes or GT350 or GT500 brake swap. The rotors alone aren’t going to be the problem, it’s going to be the overall braking power...

First off, get the CV-Fab intercooler. It’s almost $400 cheaper and performs just as well as the Steeda unit. Second, don’t get the Steeda brace, the ID-Speed unit is far superior and won’t break its mounting bolts like the Steeda loves to do.

Exactly the best first upgrades. Also might want to add hot and cold side charge pipes and you’ll have the perfect power list. Exhaust and intake are just for sound and looks anyway, they don’t provide any power.

They don’t care. They just want to get the job done as quickly as possible.

No they’re not supposed to use an impact. Hand wrench only.

Really odd question you’re asking. All the record holding STs use downpipes. Stock exhaust flows perfectly fine until you go big turbo. Also, Borla would provide no improvement since they’re the same diameter piping as stock.
