I just had the camera recall done on our 2022. It wasn't just an update for me, they replaced hardware also. With the holiday season here, shipping is going to be a pain, probably where the delay is. I'd ask your dealer what they plan to do.

Define “consumes a lot of fuel.” There are a lot of variables for gas mileage, but I can guarantee you’re going to get a lot less then the 4-cylinder Limited you had. This error seems to be a common problem on the 2025s, Ford has a recall or TSB on it

The PS4 A/S did well in the heavy snow IMO. I do agree they are more performance oriented, if it’s just a grocery getter then Pirelli WeatherActives are a great option. I just love the PS4 A/S. I’ve driven them everywhere from Colorados heavy snow to corner carving on the backroads, and I love them.

This is exactly my thought process. Ford would be able to attribute anything to whatever problem. So many electronics and crap that it’d be hard to fight them on it. Unless you have a dealer who’s going to fight Ford and show them it didn’t cause the problem, which is extremely rare to find that...

Corsa cat backs have a tendency to drone and have an odd sound IMO. What type of tingy sound? Is it tinny?

First off welcome to the forum. There are quite a few threads about this subject. I’ve heard good things about Pirelli WeatherActives, and you can’t go wrong the Michelin PS4 A/S. Continental also makes a great tire also.

Offset isn’t what matters, it’s spoke clearance.

I've heard they increase NVH a lot and don't help at all. Personally, not something I reccomend.

What front bushings? The diff bushings?

They are all different design wise, but the Livernois and Steeda unit looks kind of similar. I myself like the ID-Speed unit. To me, whatever one is cheapest would be my choice, they are all very solid options.

The 2025s have a completely different operating electronics compared to the 20-24s.

A lot of people have done Lethals springs (aka DX). DX had a couple problems with their springs but they seemed to have fixed them. Should be a perfectly good now!

I get that every once in a while. Maybe could be bad spark plugs if that happens to you commonly.
