If a VIN number is not available yet, you won't hear anything from Ford or the dealer. You just wait and check from time to time. I ordered a new 25' ST the day ordering opened up a few weeks ago and there are no updates available until a VIN for your vehicle becomes available.

I use a plastic scraper and keep soaking the adhesive with mineral spirits while I scrape at it.

OEM For me. I took my OEM's off of my 2022 ST and they should fit the 2025 ST once it comes in.

I doubt there is much of a market for a stock I/C. I would pitch the old one and keep the one for your current vehicle as a back-up just in-case. I never pitch out OEM parts I swap out for aftermarket parts on a vehicle I own.

I found a really good price a week and a half ago from Tunersports on an AFE CAI. I ordered it for my on-order 2025 ST.

I understand this thread is months old but I'm going to ask what I feel is already obvious..! Adding the larger intercooler for any towing purpose was to no benefit other than lightening your wallet?

Not worried about that in the least. I can play games with Ford if I need to. I will be towing close to the maximum GVWR and I will take my piece of mind over Ford's design issues.

We didn't have bullshit things happening like this when everything wasn't so computerized like everything is today. Glitches are all to often the norm now. I'm not trying to sound like an old guy but I'd much rather have hard buttons and greater simplicity back than what we have now.

They don't generally have separate lines just because of engine sizes or options.

2025 Explorer - So why in the hell can you get a 2nd row bench seat in everything EXCEPT the ST or the Platinum if you choose the 3.0 liter engine. F'ing stupid. If you choose the 2.3 liter engine in a Platinum, you can get the bench seat. I'm sure no one knows, just venting about the stupidness...
