Low speed roar throughout the cabin.

Since you have a 2020ST, could be the cracked downpipes welds or a failed flex section. Both are known issues. Maybe have your dealer check it out.

    New recall?

Did you smell exhaust in the cabin? Exhaust sound was too loud? What made you suspect it?

    New recall?

I thought they were just supposed to inspect it and if there's a crack, then replace it.

4th to 3rd gear downshift in sport mode

Are you really getting on throttle when you downshift or are you not getting on throttle or light throttle? I have a 2020 and don't find anything unusual when I downshifted from 4 to 3, multiple times today. The other thing you might try is to reset transmission adaptive learning. You can do...

    Weird rear power window problem

I have a MY2020. It has been fairly reliable but still remains as the most problematic car I've ever owned with it's minor annoyances that keep cropping up. I haven't had problems with the rear windows, but have had the front and side mirrors be unresponsive. I highly recommend having an...

    Headlight Water Condensation

I noticed this recently too but it seems to drain out in a hurry. My headlights have not had a problem with condensation lingering so Im guessing this is normal?

    Result from dealer service center.

In any case, sounds like your dealer is warning you! If you bring the car in for something you think is wrong, but it ends up being "normal" for the Explorer, they will charge you a diagnostic fee. Next time, post the problem on this forum to ask if it's normal. The manual will actually...

    Front strut bearing bad

that would be unusual. you sure the strut was reassembled correctly when the springs were installed? At least it's only a $40 part and the cost of an alignment if you can install it yourself.

    Rear Shocks

I don't remember needing to do that. Looks like simple pliers would do the trick if you do.

    Rear Shocks

Sweet deal. Removal and replacement is super easy too. I reused the nut but apparently it is one time use.

    Result from dealer service center.

I have 54k miles on my 2020 ST and no unusual brake noise. Pretty quiet in fact. Been very impressed by the Street pack brakes.

    Rear Shocks

Are the RockAuto aftermarket equivalents or OEM Ford? I would think the discount Ford dealers would be the place to get genuine ford parts.

    Window Not Working - 2022

Yup, that picture is it. I replaced it because the silver paint was flaking off and damn sharp! Actually, I was pretty impressed the switch module was reasonably priced. Took all of 5 minutes to install. But before you replace it, you can reset the module in Forscan or Forscan Lite. My...

    Black Infotainment Screen

Yup. Sounds like it. At least it's not a black screen that just stays that way. When it does reboot, I have no idea why it's doing it. And as far as reboots go, I've probably done a manual reboot (PWR + FFWD buttons together) over a hundred times in the past 3 years because of quirks in the...

    Black Infotainment Screen

Like Sync is rebooting? has happened a couple dozen times in the past 3 years.

    Loss of Power Steering

    Sounds similar to this? https://www.explorerst.org/threads/terrible-weekend-with-catastrophic-st-failure.4136/

Driver Lower Seat Panel - Outboard Side

You ordered two so if it fails you have another one ready to go? Even if it's under warranty, $60 out of pocket is worth it for the hassle and time spent for a warranty claim with the dealer.

    Massage seats

Well, I believe they said that's not a feature that will be restored (like the rear seat HVAC controls).

    Drive train Fluid Changes

Wanted to thank you for the info here. I lost some differential oil with the frint speed sensor removal but didnt have the oil at the time to top it off. Because of your info, I drained and filled the front differential and transfer case. Have 52k miles so far.

    Powertrain light

I would encourage all 2020+ Explorer owners get OBDLINK MX+ bluetooth OBDII adapter and Forscan Lite for your iOS or android. Keep the adapter in the car, find out what codes are brought up. There is likely something wrong with your car. A front half shaft speed sensor failure will often...
