So I'm guessing that instead of an adapter of sorts for the differences between '20-'24 and '25, they just removed the difference by supplying entirely new piping. I'm sure it's a good deal, those hot/cold side kits are pretty expensive, but I'm sure there's still tons of '20-'24 owners out...

I'm 6'6" and 350ish lbs, I fit OK in my explorer. One thing I wish was that the steering wheel extended further out so it was closer to me, maybe like another couple inches.

You can plug them. Close to the shoulder/side wall, no. I've run plugs permanently in other vehicles but it's advised they're just a temporary solution until you can get the tire patched properly.
