There's a recall for catalytic converters and flex pipes which rattle and also cause fumes.

Hate to break it to you but the engine sound in Sport Mode is piped in through the sound speakers inside aka fake engine noise. So outside it still sounds like a minivan! LOL

Mine sounded and smelled better after the replacement of the driver side catalytic converter. Mine was louder, rattled and smelled like untreated fumes before replacement.

I agree! I extended my warranty last Fall for 4 more years and tomorrow I get new set of tires at 41K miles.

Early 2022 my camera was replaced after the software update didn't work. Now it works most of the time. Every few weeks I get a brief blue screen for a second then it goes back to normal. Before replacement the screen would stay blue until a key cycle or Sync soft reset.

Not sure but I think the sending one because the flaw is in the tank and sender when mess than 1/4 tank left on incline.

This is ridiculous and Ford should be fixing this free of charge! I refuse to tinker with this any more or ask the dealer to look at it.

My extneded warranty includes loaner so maybe yours does too.
