Just order the ST only thing is don’t really know which colour to get. Does anyone have a photo of the Burgundy Velvet or a Stone Blue St i wanted something a little different but the illustrations ford shows on their website don’t really show the true colour of the truck and do it any justice. Any pics or websites would be great.
Thanks

I have seen both colors in person, but I don't have pics of either one. My 18 was blue metallic which was a little darker than stone blue. Here is what blue metallic looked like.

The BV is real dark version of redfire metallic. It's not a great pic, but it's what I could find.

I have the Stone Blue. It looks more blue in bad light but looks more slate and less blue in sunlight. Lots of metallic flake in it too. I STRONGLY urge you to see one on the lot first. When I first saw one in the wild it was very different than the pics I had seen.

Burgundy Velvet appears to not be a color option for the 2022 Explorer ST. It's appears to be available on some of the non-ST Explorers. I had a 2019 Explorer Sport in Burgundy Velvet (see photo below). It does have a nice metallic fire mist to it but it is similar to the Rich Copper in that it needs direct sunlight to see the metallic up close.

Forest Green looks great but never seen a ST have that color. I always like the bullet mustang green.

Forged Green here on an overcast day, truck really changes colors based on the lighting. Wife and I are very happy with this unique color.

Nice, almost looks black. My wife just ordered a black ST, but we wish the black was more like our 2015 Sport where the black had a ton of metallic flake. We still get compliments about the paint on that truck...most people think it was a custom paint job.

Thanks for all the replies. the Burgundy was available 3 weeks ago on both the Edge ST and the Explorer ST but not any more on either model. We ended up with the Forged Green which like Peterfor says changes shades of green as the light hits it in different ways. Wife wanted that colour as it looked so black in the shade besides that it’s her truck hope she let’s me drive it.:DNow the hard part waiting 4-6 months for it. Started buying accessories already picked up the aluminum ST pedals,ST rim centre cap and black lug nuts from Amazon they look good in the bag.

You have to see the forged green when it gets dirty because it becomes a different color as well. You’ll see some timberlines with the forged green but it ain’t no ST. Haha
