Good All-Season Tires for the Midwest

Hi all. Recently took delivery of a 2022 Explorer ST. It came with Pirelli Scorpion Zero all-season tires. While they’re great on dry and wet condition, they don’t seem to be too good on slushy or snowy roads. Any firsthand thoughts on these tires? Any recommendations for a good all-season replacement?

All season tires are the jack of all trades and master of none, I would recommend getting a snow wheel/tire setup -- handles amazing in the WI winters with a dedicated snow tire setup.
