but just who does that button appeal to? never seen it elsewhere, I wish they'd spent more on things that count subframes, brakes gauges etc etc

The autohold is one of my favorite features. So much more relaxing at a long stop light.

Well if you drive the ST and like to use launch control, you can’t spin up the turbos with auto hold. Still have to hold the brake pedal manually. But then again I have lots of mods on my so it’s almost as fast as my BMW X3 M competition. But who am I kidding it’s still a ford.

It’s the brake hold. Once you press you can take your foot off the brake once you come to a complete stop. I think it’s annoying and never used it on any car it comes on. I guess it’s for weak people that have no leg strength to hold down the brake pedal in traffic or at a light.

Thats exactly how I feel about automatics but here we are ;)

How does the suspension compare to the ST? I have heard bad things about the X3 M suspension as being too stiff, jumpy and not comfortable in the BMW forums.

Lol, of course it’s stiff. It’s a 503hp SAV sports car. Not so bad in comfort mode.

That's because you didn't grow up with it. ;)
Yeah exactly who doesn’t love maple syrup??? I mean Log Cabin isn’t real maple syrup if that’s your basis.

Porsche and Chevy have great handling cars without sacrificing much on comfort, BMW needs to step it up with a mag suspension lol I miss owning a BMW tho, just something about them lol

I actually had a job when I was 14 years old- driving around my old Bridgestone motorcycle with an improvised bucket carrier to collect pails of maple syrup from trees that were tapped along the roadside. Delivered them to an old guy who paid me to collect for his "sugar bush". Growing up on a farm has its advantages!

Oh.....everyone has tried to have me try all different types of Maple syrup, and I've tried since I was little. I know that I'm weird, I just don't like it. Hahahaha. I was probably dropped to many times as a kid.

I have always not liked molasses but love both honey and maple syrup. I'm equally obsessed with cars and food.

If you live in an area with steep roads like San Francisco you would love that feature

That makes sense. My main reason for not liking it is when trying to ease forward at a red light to turn right on red. Ya can't inch up while on the brakes.

I use it all the time even sitting in the drive-thru's !! Hell I even used it manually for a while before I pressed the wrong button one day and discovered it was automatic.
I've not been in a drive-through for over 20 years. With VERY rare exception, I can park, walk in, get my order and drive away before the folks who use the drive-through have picked up their order.
