ZFG Tune, just got back my initial tune from Adam. Will be putting in the data logging tonight. Very excited to feel the results!

Fixed the annoying flex pipe rattle, per Ford tsb
Hope that works for you. I've heard this is a temporary fix and will eventually rattle again. I just went with new Vibrant flex couplings.

I mean, it's ford tsb but eventually I'll replace both sides, as passanger side is all messed up and separating.
It is mainly a temporary fix fo now.

Stopped by a tint shop to book an appt today, and as luck would have it the lady said they just had someone cancel last minute. They got me in right away! This is a very reputable shop that had a M8 Comp, Bentley, 2 C8s, and some other high end cars in there. Ceramic all around, 15% front and 80% rear (in addition to OEM). Love it! Running out of things to do while I wait for my Thermal to ship!

My Drivers side roof rail trim partially popped off on the highway about a month after I got the ST. When it happened I just hear a loud bang like I had hit something, but saw nothing on the road. Once I got out the trim piece was just flopping around, half on half off. I managed to tab it back down but it had a crease in it where it bend. I took it to the dealer and they replaced it under warranty. Took about a month to get the part. This was in May 2021.

So...... I just dropped her off at aFe so that they can start prototyping an exhaust system for our beasts. Fingers crossed it will be better than Thermals, which is a fantastic system and currently the best in my opinion.

My Magnaflow should last until 2025 just in time for the AFE exhaust release.

Hahahahaha........ all companies are having so much supply issues right now, it's insane. Hopefully they'll be able to get them out a lot sooner than that.

they really should consider a true downpipe back system that includes high quality flex sections. Enough midpipe back systems out there already IMO

What they told me is that they are looking to do a system from the downpipe. I'm trying to convince them to create downpipes as well, but I don't think they'll tackling those at the moment.

I got 55% on my F150 and love it. When we get our Explorer, will probably do the same.

Just as an update for you guys, aFe is working on the exhaust as we speak and I confirmed that they have gone up in diameter to 2.5" and they are using their own flex pipes so that it will in fact be a true cat back exhaust. I'm looking forward to hearing how it sounds!
