I don’t know much about performance braking. Bought the High Performance model so we could get the best stock offering. In Layman’s terms, what the benefit of stepping up caliper? Besides looking badass that is. More surface area of rotor covered by pad?

More clamping force and I’m combining that with larger rotors for more brake torque.

I assume the inner rear door panel needs to be removed to complete this wiper delete mod. Is it more involved than unscrewing fasteners and /or using a door panel removal tool to pop clips, unplug a few things?

I assume the inner rear door panel needs to be removed to complete this wiper delete mod. Is it more involved than unscrewing fasteners and /or using a door panel removal tool to pop clips, unplug a few things?
All the trim just snaps on then unplug and remove the wiper assembly and install the delete plug.

That cover cleans up with a water hose...it’s been raining a lot lately. I washed it this afternoon and it’s good as new...and I actually like that it hides the diff. It’s functional too....really firms up the rear bumper cover with it’s installed.

Got the ethanol sensor wired in and working with the P3 vent gauge...pretty close to my E50 target. lol

I can help with this a bit.

My BMW X3M had huge discs and 6piston calipers up front and 4 pistons out back. I can tell you that without question the braking action was night and day. I never had a performance brake experience before and in layman’s terms it was predictable and precise. It wasn’t sloshy or soft. When I press the brake pedal it had “feel” to it. There’s no fading when you ride the brake down a hill. There’s no noise (mostly) and there’s no jerkyness that one might expect from a performance brake. I hope that layman adjectives help describe the feeling.

You do but there’s a Racing Brake discussion on here somewhere that discusses small steps that we can do to build up to a bigger better braking solution so you can spend responsibly over time. [mention]Warren-RB [/mention] has been kind enough to walk us through it.

This is happening as soon as my brakes are due. Plus the rear rotors and Street Pack calipers. Racing Brake made all upgrades super easy!

Do you have parts numbers or copy of purchase order showing exactly what you got from them?
