Nothing wrong with a single piston floating rear caliper as long as the rotor diameter is large enough. You can bet Lamborghini put in the effort to make sure it’s right.
When I ran only the front Racing Brake upgrade with 6 piston Brembo calipers and oem Street Pack rears, there was very noticeable nose diving on panic stops. I wrote about it back then. When RB released the larger rear rotor and caliper mount to move the oem caliper outward on a larger rotor for more torque in the rear, all of that went away as the system came back into balance.
I've seen plenty of performance SUVs with big brake up front and tiny single piston rears (some even smaller than the Explorer Street Package brakes), Ranger Rovers, Audis, Acuras I've seen have big brakes up front and tiny solid rotors in the rear. Even a $250K Urus has tiny rear brakes.
