I’ve said a thousand times these double braces aren’t needed. There’s no reason to lock the rear diff down solid on a daily driver. The ID Speed brace was actually engineered to work like a 4 bolt car.
Genuinely curious....What's wrong with locking the rear diff down solid aside from added NVH?

Nothing with those type braces. Even NVH isn’t a problem with them.

It’s just not needed. People see bigger and assume better…that’s rarely the case.

Going with ID Speed brace once they are in stock, still deciding if I should do the JXB insert or not. Thoughts?

Good choice, but don’t wait for them to become in stock. Order now and in queue. Get a 12.9 bolt and skip the insert. My .02.

Already ordered, hopefully shipping in a week or 2 according to them.

Not planning on tracking ST but will get on it time to time. Definitely upgrading the bolt just unsure about insert or if its overkill.

It’s a good add if you’re going to be launching a lot, otherwise, money is better spent elsewhere.
