My own real world experience with the Steeda Diff Brace, its a decent brace except that....

I have the Steeda diff brace installed. If I could go back and choose again, I'd choose Livernois or ID Speed Braces.

Reason: the Steeda diff brace doesn't allow access to the rear diff drain bolt. While the Steeda brace does have a center hole on the piece that attaches directly to the rear diff, the part of the brace with the bushings is offset of center of the diff when it is secured to the subframe. This offset does not allow for the diff drain plug to be removed without removing part of the diff brace.

Wish I'd known this before I purchased it. Steeda's website states: "An access hole is machined into the brace to retain easy diff fluid changes. No need to remove or uninstall the Steeda brace." This is not entirely accurate.

Anyway, I'll know better for the next ST.

I can also state that I've had no increase in NVH with the Steeda diff brace.

I just went on the Steeda site and noticed my review of their diff brace was removed. I didn't trash it but I did give it a lower rating due to the inability to remove the rear diff drain plug with the Steeda diff brace installed and I cited their inaccurate written description in my review. But is has been removed, in fact all reviews below 4 stars do not exist. Disappointed but not surprised.
I agree about the drain bolt hole - however, if you drain you have to fill and the only way you can fill is to remove the brace because there is no access to the fill plug at all unless you remove the brace. They just skipped over that, so the drain plug hole is just stupid all over the place cause the brace has to come off regardless. My real bitch with this is the absolutely STUPID attachment blocks in the cross subframe getting the F'ing bolts in without those blocks moving a half dozen times is mind bending ... and I have a lift -
