Got my auto stop eliminator and after watching video on the site it shows the tech easily pulling out the first connection. Mine won’t budge. Am I missing a release tab somewhere?

iptaylm,

Maybe too late (Friday post vs. Monday reply). Push down on the 'button' that locks the plug tab in place. While depressing the button, wiggle the plug while pulling it out. It is held in place pretty good. (Once it is out, replugging and unplugging is easier for some reason.)

Be careful with this option: you can use a small screwdriver (say, 1/8" diameter shank) to raise and keep the tab off the plug and above the button. Use the shank (round) part and not the blade (end) of the screwdriver to hold the tab up as you pull the plug. I say careful because you don't want to break off the locking tab.

HTH.
