My 2021 has a block heater, the vehicle came from Canada

Our middle son lives in Winnipeg. We got a block heater installed in our 2022, in case we need to drive up there in the winter. Haven't had to use it yet...

2021 ST, One of the best vehicles I have owned

I had a 2011 Subaru WRX 5-speed. That was the most fun ICE I ever had. I hear you. Had a mustang back in the 80's as well. The WRX was more fun. But the Yellow Mach-e Rally pictured above is just as fun or more, compared to the WRX. The seat bolstering is astoundingly good, and 3.4 0-60...

2021 ST, One of the best vehicles I have owned

Yep. Could. And then how long will it last? And how long until I snap off that rear diff mounting bolt? Nah. That magic has moved along. Raw torque right from zero on an EV is hard to beat.

Bridgestone Blizzaks on Wheels - Anyone Interested?

Darn. Had no response for quite a while, so we had them recycled.

2021 ST, One of the best vehicles I have owned

Yes, It came with the fake noises. But haven't bothered to add anything. Once you have electric vehicles in the family, an ICE vehicle, even one as beefy and powerful as the Explorer ST is just ... slow... We rely on this thing to be a super comfortable, great looking hauler and long distance...

2021 ST, One of the best vehicles I have owned

And Ford keeps trying and trying and TRYING to buy it back from me. No thanks. If the new Explorer Tremor comes out with an actual luxury interior - not the cloth and plastic crap they had in the Timberline - as well as the Twin Turbo High Output 3.0, I'd maybe consider it. Much more likely...

2021 ST, One of the best vehicles I have owned

We have a 22 that looks almost exactly alike but without RoofRacks. Agree - this is the very best vehicle we've ever owned up to this point. I believe it is the "pinnacle" of advancement in gas-powered vehicles - before the big transition to gee-wiz electric stuff. It has more options than...

Bridgestone Blizzaks on Wheels - Anyone Interested?

We did. To be honest, haven't had much of a chance to really see them in action yet. We were going to drive from Allentown area over to Chicago, then up to Minneapolis and further up to Winnipeg in January or February, but for a bunch of reasons the trip was moved to April, and by then the...

Bridgestone Blizzaks on Wheels - Anyone Interested?

I have a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks on wheels from tirerack.com that have been through two really wimpy winters. LOTS of use left. I'm considering switching to the three-peak rated Pirelli All Seasons on our 22 ST. If you're interested in these tires let me know.

Bluey! - the Mild 2020 ST Build

Wow! Same story! We traded in a 2018 for a 2022 Explorer ST. Our Raptor was called "Blue" - so we called the ST "Little Blue".

    New Pirelli tire

Great thread - thanks for this! Will definitely look into these when my factory Pirelli's are done. Switching back and forth to snows gets old fast. Especially when there isn't much snow...

Thinking of replacing the Pirelli's with Snow-Rated

Hmmm - after posting this I found the other threads about the Pirelli WeatherActive tires. Nice.
