The 10R's aren't the only things on this platform that get confused. (including the driver after these quirks!) The sync system has been a real winner the last 6 months. It couldn't even get a factory reset right!

Firstly, have you checked the fluid level? Also, if you see the fluid, does it have any metal shavings in it? Is it happening in a specific gear or randomly in others? Give us this info before we can further speculate. Hope your 2nd Ford dealer helps.

I run a dash cam 24/7. It records front, back and inside the cab. May be worth it in the long run.

Yes, we have 2 batteries. One, the main battery is inside the cowl under the hood. The second is inside the left panel of the cargo area. It is responsible for the Start/Stop operations and prevents glitches in the electronics during the process.

I think there's something else going on. You mentioned that you got the same launch on the '25 as before the mods so if it pulled you after that point, there's not a launch or driver variable. With the mods you mentioned, worst case would be possible drop in pedal response time (increased lag)...
