    2025 no mods w/ ZFG 93 tune

ZFG DMS 93 tune cost me $1150. That's with the OBDII tuning device added. Intercooler is around $800 but will jump up to $1400 plus, if you get it installed. And yes, the DPs are $600.

New fueling option for the Explorer - Port Injection

Universally, yes. Mitchellj22 asked about FBO though, including turbos.

    Which exhaust (need recommendations)

I had already replaced the stock mid pipes with Lethal Performance mids about a year ago. I see the 3" Thermal Exhaust can be bought either cat back or mid pipe back. Can the same be done with the 2.5" version? No sense in me getting another set of mids.

New fueling option for the Explorer - Port Injection

That's why I was saying that I was in agreement with most things said. What I wasn't agreeing with is the statement that you couldn't get past 500AWHP on pump gas. I'm already past that on pump. I was also posting an answer for the OP on the downside of port fuel injection that I didn't see...

    Which exhaust (need recommendations)

Ok, thanks. When you mention "aggressive" cold start, are you referring to just engine sound or that stock rattle? I wasn't aware the Thermal system had flex pipes. In my opinion, that's part of the rattle problem on startup and is a place to wear down earlier than the rest of the system. I've...

    Which exhaust (need recommendations)

Thanks for the writeup on this! I was also thinking Thermal 2.5 but didn't know how quiet I could keep it. I like the quiet of the stock system but it's too noisy on startup with the expansion and flex joints and that's why I'm looking for a solid replacement that's quiet but woulds still be a...

New fueling option for the Explorer - Port Injection

While some of these explanations are sound, there are some I have to disagree with. I had posted earlier about using a port injection system for more fuel but the replies weren't favorable. As previously mentioned, tuning would have to be revised from the norm. It would be better for high end...

    TPMS sensor reset

Thanks for your info Broose. Did you attempt to get reimbursed from eBay? If you don't mind me asking, what did you spend for 4 at TPMSDirect.com?

    TPMS sensor reset

Thanks for the hit. The fact that they weren't picked up on the roll by the ST "and" wouldn't confirm in the relearn process tells me that what's going wrong are the sensors themselves. I don't think there's any problem with the vehicle which did engage the relearn process in search of the...

    TPMS sensor reset

Ok, all the TPMS's went up in the course of 6 weeks. I bought 4 new OEM Motorcraft sensors, confirmed for the 2020 ST. I waited until I had new tires mounted to install them. I drove apprx 12 miles back home and they were not automatically picked up by the vehicle. I then went for the "relearn"...

    Dash cam

Installed the Rove R3 dash cam last year and never looked back. It's a 3 channel with WiFi and GPS. It almost covers 360° around the vehicle using the front cam, rear cam and in-cabin cam. It can run 24 hrs so you can log parking incidents or have it on standby and it will automatically activate...

windshield replacement - go with Ford? or aftermarket?

Just got a Safelite replacement last week. The tech was friendly, informative and efficient. It was replaced at my house in about an hour including recalibration. Everything is as was. Without insurance, it would have been close to $1100. The deductible was $200.
