I wish infotainment would make a Sync 4 kit for the explorer.

One of the pins has a rubber insert. I would pull the pins out and grease.

My dealership is away takes 3 to 4 day to look at a car. I just order the part from Ford and replaced it at home.

It easy to remove and reinstall. Here a video about it.

My sister has a 2022 Highlander. The a/c condenser / Windshield get damage by rock super easy on the highway. I replace the a/c condenser last year after a rock put a hole in the condenser.
