FS 4 Explorer ST Tires and Wheels $1500.00

ST wheel question
We have been told on numerous sites that the black ST wheel is painted from the factory. Talking to a wheel repair specialist in Colorado I was told the black wheels are powdercoated at the factory. I just know they scratch easily and cringe when I take it to Discount tire for any work. Any info...- RdHugger68
