It does in sport auto mode and you’re at least above 60 just cruising

It will probably drop your MPG’s a bit in the city and stop and go. It holds the gears longer for quick acceleration if you mash the gas. Doesn’t use all the gears until you get up to highway speeds

I have an extractor as well. Bought for the Golf R I had. Guess I can give it a try on the ST. Seems to be a pain with the covers underneath

I haven’t noticed this on mine. Most of the time I have music playing so that probably doesn’t help. Have to pay attention to see

The X3M40i was one I was definitely interested in although would be a tighter fit for my kids :LOL: main thing that scared me away was BMW reputation for expensive maintenance and not great reliability

Mostly normal mode for me but will play around in sport. My drive to work is pretty short so that’s why I mostly leave it in normal. On longer drives I switch to sport for fun. Really wish they allowed the vehicle to start in the last mode you used for convenience. Tuners have no luck with...

I’m stock and tested sport mode today. Over 60mph and cruising it will go into 10th gear. Saw the rpms go under 2k so hit the paddle to see and 10 popped up

I have a usb with music on it but since my plan with Verizon includes Apple Music I just use car play and stream from my phone

Yikes, pricey. I figured it wasn’t cheap but ouch. Oh well, the big display doesn’t really bother me. Maybe with a software update in the future they could better maximize the space if they listen to the consumers

Haven’t seen anyone discuss this, since some don’t care for the vertical screen and the way it doesn’t use the whole screen like for backing up....would the screen from the aviator be a plug and play option?
