    New ST, brake pedal noise?

Update #3: The ST is back, the brake hasn't been touched and until there's a recall or it gets worse the dealer can't (won't) do anything. On the plus side: drivers door is working and the seat rattle seems to be gone.

    New ST, brake pedal noise?

Update #2: Another mechanic has looked at it and now they're pulling "it's a normal operation noise" again.

After 5 days at the dealer they are still unable to fix the door. I have an open case with Ford Canada about it and have been provided with a loaner ('19 Escape) as I a car with a drivers door that won't always open is a safety issue.

    New ST, brake pedal noise?

Oh great, now the dealer has "no record" of a brake module being ordered. I should have known better than to trust a phone call with the service manager.

And now the drivers door has failed...

Since getting the ST on August 31st we've been waiting on some trim pieces that were damaged on delivery, we've got the infuriating brake module / solenoid grind that's waiting on warranty, we're dealing with an intermittent (but persistent) rattle from the rear seats and New Years Eve the...

    What came with your ST?

My dealer gave me a some immediate warranty work for damaged trim parts they had missed during detailing pre-delivery. Still waiting for everything to "come into stock"...

    New ST, brake pedal noise?

Thought I'd join and chime in that I also have the brake pedal problem on our new Explorer ST. It was at the dealer today and they started with "its normal", then went with "it's the piston where it goes through the firewall, nothing we can do" to finally "its the electronic brake booster, we...
