    How do you have factory Pirellis and 22s? That’s not possible, cause stock wheels are 21s. Why do you want to lift the car?

    Technically don’t even need the letter. I think registration is not open, but when it opens up you can register right away.

    No, but it looks to be just a piggyback tuner. Spend a little more and get a proper custom tune.
