Waiting to take ownership of a 26 Platinum once the rear seat recall is addressed.

Joining this ST forum because many of my searches took me here.

Just about all Platinum forums and groups are lame when it comes to mods.

Many here have done suspension mods that if I do to a Platinum will make noticeable improvements

Standing By for the CAPTAIN OBVIOUS reply about should have bought an ST and this is an ST forum……BLAH. BLAH BLAH

I actually put platinum shocks and struts on my ST last weekend. With my drop springs and all the other suspension mods that actually rides pretty damn good.

@SigOris :

Welcome Aboard!!

We looked long and hard at a '25 Platinum 3.0 before settling on the ST. My Wife was so impressed with the ST she branded it as the "Adult version of the Mustang GT". I was in search of stock performance otherwise the Platinum would have won out with all the creature features it has.

If you were in SoCal, I'd offer to swap with you. I'd love for my ST to ride like a Platinum.

It’s sad Bilstein doesn’t make products for Explorers. I changed out the OEM crap on my 22 Ranger and 23 F150 PB and the change was night and day better.

I took off the PIU parts…got tired of how harsh the ride is.
Interesting as you’re the first person I’ve came across that disliked the PIU parts.

youve got me thinking which is good.

I didn’t dislike them, I just got tired of them. They do exactly what they are supposed to do and do it well.
