So I bought a set of 2025 wheels for my car... and noticed that on the back they have little indentations.. niches.. adjacent to the stud holes.

I've been reading that when I install my wheel spacers (1" up front and 1.25" on the rear) that I might have to trim the fronts...

I've read that some wheels have "niches" which allow for spacers to be added without having to trim studs....

I'm wondering if anyone has used the combination of a 1" spacer up front and the OEM 2025 wheels and did they have to trim their studs

Did I get lucky or not

-Thanks.... NewWheels.jpg

You still have to trim the studs. If you get the Eibach 30mm spacers you don’t need to trim them.

Technically that applies to all other stock wheels for the 6th-gen Explorers.
