Ordered one of these back in December 2025 - here I am three months later no cover, reached out to the company twice no response ...

Anyone else having this issue?
Did these folks go out of business?
If so I'm out +$300 as its way over the time I can make a CC complaint against them?

Did you order from Zues Direct or one other companies who take order for them / distributor ?
If so their are two different order numbers.
If you went threw another company make sure they did the order.
I paid for my diffuser it took like a month ... two weeks before it even started the build then another two weeks to be made plus days of shipping
