Window Sticker Availability

When the dealer provides you with your VIN and Order number can you pull up your window sticker right away? What I’m trying to get at is at what point in time is a window sticker available, right away, once it enters production, once it is built?

My truck was ordered in January... I STILL don't have a sticker yet...

As I recall my window sticker link was provided when the order status changed to “in production.” Ordered in February; delivered in July.
