Hey guys, I just had all four tires replaced yesterday and will be washing the vehicle this evening but need to remove the old glue from the wheel barrel and wanted to know if anyone has a good way of doing that? On previous vehicles I could use basically anything I wanted but now I don’t want to scratch the paint or use Brake Clean as that would remove the ceramic coating.

3M general purpose adhesive remover is my go to. Safe for paint. May need to soak a rag with it then apply it for a time to loosen.

Thank you both for the advice, I realized I have some of the adhesive remover on my work truck so I will give it a try. I went ahead and ordered an eraser wheel and if needed will try it, 12 dollars from scamazon.
