VCM Scanner for ZFG data logging

I got my baseline tune from Adam @ ZFG but I can't seem to figure out what to do with the VCM scanner xml file he sent me. Is there somewhere with detailed instructions on how to use VCM scanner? I downloaded the file but when I click on it, I can't seem to open it.

I'm used to the ease of using a hand held device like Cobb's Accessport (AP) for datalogging and downloading tune files. The RTD is a bit more complicated. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

and download his tuning guide. it explains everything. you will use VCM scanner to run your logs. you open VCM scanner, then import the channels file he sent you. That will record the specific channels he wants to see for his log.
