Thermal vs AWE vs Borla

Having had all the above stated exhaust systems at one time or another on an ST and other various vehicles my opinion is the 3.0 inch Thermal is the way to go over the others on an ST.
The AWE causes drone issues when or if you change your downpipes - and Borla just misses the mark with tone...

I enjoy the Thermal 3", but it does have some drone with CVFAB catted downpipes. Typically at 80+ MPH in Sport mode.

Glad I went with Thermal. It is loud when it needs to be and quiet when it needs to be.

Plus the Borla does not replace the crappy flex pipes.

I was wondering I’ve watched a few install videos on this system - and where the stock system is such a POS why do you think people waste their time taking it down in one piece. I took a sawzall to mine and it was so much easier to remove in pieces - trust me, it was a cinch, couple cuts and wha-la off and in the dumpster where it belongs
