Hey y’all! Had my 23 for about 15 months now and went through doing a 2 stage sound deadening on The Doors and rear sides/floor/hatch. Got to the front door, installed everything and threw the panel on. Wasn’t until I was running a post install staging calibration and found that the mid range driver wasn’t getting audio. Sincerely thought I messed it up, but after pulling the panel off and taking the mod off the door panel I found it looks to have been pinched when installed at the factory. Patched the cable and finally have a decent front stage (with enhanced chime tone and volume lol). Triple check all your speaker work if you haven’t already. May just make your day!

Also open question…I added a sub and monoblock amp with lc2i pro. I’ve been thinking of upgrading to the lc7i and having two kicker key 2-channels installed (one for each from door) with upgraded 6.5 components in the front. Feasible? Other options with keeping factory ANC etc?

What made my day was throwing all that junk away. lol
I just don’t want to have to justify sinking thousands on just audio to the gf. Likely will anyways hehe
