spare tire wheel well

I recently got the spare tire and jack kit, instead of just the pump which is in the spare tire wheel well. how can i remove the plastic bin for the pump? It seems to be held down my a nut on a large bolt but the entire contraption spins and won't just come off to remove the plastic bin

Keep unscrewing the plastic wing nut/bolt, it's fairly long, but it should come out eventually. I just did this in my '26 Tremor that came with the inflator kit.
