SCT BDX issue

Tried to install the BDX tuner. I keep getting a General Error. Waiting on a reply from SCT but wondering if anyone here has had this issue. The BDX i bought for my F150 uploaded just fine. Dunno what the deal is with the BDX I bought fo rthe ST

In case anyone is interested, the problem was the strategy code.
