RTD device and software question

I got my ST last year. Had it tuned using the RTD device through ZFG and love it.

I had an issue that was intermittent and I never logged it but now decided to see if Adam could take a look. Plugged the device into the obd port and tried to open the app on my new iPhone but after trying to open the app, the app opens for a split second and displays the TDN logo but immediately closes. I rebooted the phone with no change. I searched the general web but didnt find anything. I started to remove the app and reinstall but was worried that I might loose some info on the phone regarding me tune so I thought it best to ask first.

Anyone have any input????

You can try uninstalling it and installing it again, everything is already synced with the cloud that he has sent you.
