I saw some FB posts, I think I like the roof rack delete - what is needed to pull them and cover the holes?

There is a video by knights garage that explains it quite well. I used that video when I recently deleted my roof rails. I think he also has the part numbers available in the description. It took me about three hours but it was definitely worth it.

yeah there are folks that post that up on the FB page and here. i think most without rails probably didnt want them in the first place lol. wish it was like the 5th gen Explorer where you could just do a bit of cutting and adding a few parts from Ace and you'd be set.
