Retune with new downpipes?

Hello,

Just purchased the CV Fab catted downpipes.

I'm having my installer do the work, however he had asked if I was planning to retune and do new plugs at the same time as he thinks it may require it do to the increased boost.

Has anyone ran into this issue?

It's already tuned for E50 with the AFE intake.

Will it require other mods or can we just swap out the downpipes and go.
