I went for the Putco emblem on my 25 ST, install was straightforward and the instructions were very clear, even coming with a guide where to cut out the hole for the wiring (which I found out after I cut the hole, but thankfully it was fine).
After the first start up I noticed it didn’t do the swoop like in the videos. After some investigation, I found a green wire coming from the unit itself that was cut, so I re connected it and that solved the issue.
Not sure why Putco would cut that and disable that feature but anyone interested in getting this emblem that’s how you solve that issue.
