Please help identify this trim piece

Had my ST into the shop today to have some custom work done, and found this on the back seat passenger side floor mat. Can't see anyplace it obviously belongs... what is it?

Seat belt lower cover?

Yeah looks like the cover to the base of the front seat belts. I assume the RH on the back of that part means it’s the passenger side.

Yep - you got it. Hiding beside the seat where I couldn't see it.
