Anybody who has done the install of the Nostrum injector and hpfp kit, what if any issues did you experience during the install, and were there any specialized tools that were necessary to complete the job? My performance shop focuses on Mustangs, but also does other Fords. When he dug into the Ford service manual for the injector install for our motors, He noticed there were a number of specialized tools that were needed if certain issues arose during the install. He doesn't have these tools as they aren't necessary for anything on Mustangs, and they are pretty expensive pieces to just buy for a one-off job.
I know many of you have already gone through this install, and I've never seen anybody post about issues that involved getting specialized tools, so I'm hoping that it's a very rare occurrence and can move forward on the install without too much concern of getting stuck halfway waiting to get a tool to finish the job.
Also, any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
