Looks like it affects pretty much all pre-facelift models:

2020-2024 Ford Explorer SUVs produced from October 20th, 2018, and April 25th, 2024

Just checked my app and don't see it listed there for me. I've never personally had this issue (although i've seen folks on FB groups post pics of it) , so I'll probably sit back and let others go first as I have the full-screen mod done and want to see if this update has any effect on that first.
