HD Radio Station Logo Missing

My 2020 Explorer ST Sync 3 radio version 3.4 does not display the radio station logo. It never has.
Any suggestions that don't require a visit to the dealer? Anyone else seeing this issue?

Is that your screen or are you just showing what it's supposed to look like but doesn't. Did you enable it in the audio settings?

This is my screen I expect to see the station logo on the right hand side (under the Direct Tune button) where the antenna icon is.
I checked Radio settings and there is no setting for station logos, only text and that is enabled. do you have instruction on how to enable stations icons?

Maybe it's area dependent, but I've never seen the logo of any stations. Clearly you are getting HD radio though.

My HD stations are not working. going in for oil change soon and will ask the Ford service guys to check it out.

there is a setting under Radio where you can turn HD on and off.

So, it seems in Ontario, there aren’t many stations transmitting in HD. So if you aren’t within their signal range, no HD?

if anyone can dispute this, I’m all ears. I’m not convinced the dealer is correct.

The 6 speaker ST does not have HD radio. You will need Forscan to enable HD radio.
