So im a dummy and thought that my Fuel-it sensor had burned out and no longer worked. I checked that was getting power - it was.... well damn. I got frustrated and ordered a new one, 2 weeks later the new sensor showed up, installed it, aaannd no power 
dude wtf. I go digging around more and I check power again (it has power) but I didn't previously check to see if had ground . The ground had be disconnected after a major repair and was just missed.
So my dumbassry is your gain. Fuel-it is an absolute pain in the ass to do a return with so I'm looking to sell here. I have also included a video showing that it works.
