Forscan not allowing to write ipc module

I have a 2021 st and I'm trying to disable the seatbelt chimes. I've already went through every other module and reconfigured everything I wanted, but forscan isn't allowing me to write in this module only. Anyone have any input or experience with this issue?

As gearhead 1 said, why? You can disable the seatbelt chime without forscan. It's in the manual how to turn them off.
