Ford S/T Experience Asheville not staying at Biltmore

Has anyone attended the Asheville experience but not stayed on the Biltmore grounds. They do not allow pets and we will be traveling with 2 cats!

Attended the event last July, Bookended the weekend a couple of days as had not been to that area before and had friends there. I stayed at Biltmore the night before. Spent the rest of the time at hotel in Ashville. That hotel allowed pets. It was just up the hill from the entrance to the Biltmore about a half a mile. The hotel was the residence at Biltmore. Hotels Near Biltmore Estate, Asheville NC - The Residences at Biltmore. reasonable rates. just not sure if they allow pets? Might be worth a call to them for info on that.
